Keeping the figures (to get mine back)

Calories, fat, carbs – those are the figures I need to be tracking. I’ve been paying for Weight Loss Resources but only using it sporadically. Yesterday I thought (as I do from time to time) about cancelling my DD. The post brought my CC bill and I found I have only just paid for the next six months. Each time I do that I tell myself ‘wouldn’t it be nice if I didn’t need it any more in six months time’. But I’m always the same weight, give or take half a stone or so. So there’s a challenge. How much can I lose in six months?

So, as part of the ‘getting organised’ goal (four) I shall be weighing and adding this data to my photo-diet project photos, and to this blog.
